Frequency Analysis is the easy way to perform this type of analysis on text files with no need for preparation.
Using the Open File button on the tool bar, you may open a standard text (.txt) file for processing. The size of the file in bytes, and the file name and path, are displayed on the status bar. There is no need to strip the file in advance as this is done on opening.
The Save Graph button will operate only when the graph is displayed and saves the graph as a bitmap.
Using the Close File button, the data stores and displays are cleared.
The Analyse button performs the required analysis and displays the results in the Sheet window (default) or the Graph window, whichever is active at the time. Non alphabetic characters in the source file were removed and the results provide the percentage frequency for each letter of the alphabet (not case sensitive) in spreadsheet or bar graph format.

The Show Sheet and Show Graph buttons allow you to switch between the two views. |
There is no file size limit in JBO Frequency Analysis although your operating system and memory configuration may impose such limits.
Menu options include functions similar to the toolbar, along with various help options.
